Founders Vision
Born from lived experience
The Foundation was established to carry forward the values and vision of late Shri Madanlal Gupta, with leadership from the Gupta family. It was born from lived experience — of illness carried quietly, of families navigating uncertainty, and of end-of-life moments that deserved more compassion, clarity, and preparation.
Too often, systems focus only on prolonging life, while overlooking how people live during illness and how they pass at its end. We believe this must change. Quality of Life matters — not just survival. Dignity in Death matters — not just treatment.
The Foundation exists to stand beside individuals and families through illness, transition, and loss — offering care that is humane, informed, and grounded in respect. No one should face these journeys unprepared or alone.
